I was casually checking Google Analytics to see how my blog was performing (considering I was a part-time blogger at the time), and I got a shock. Not only had I smashed my initial monthly page view goals, but 70% of my traffic was coming from Facebook.

And here’s the kicker—the return on time invested (ROTI) from Facebook completely crushed all my other social media channels.

So in this post, I’ll show you exactly what I did to get nearly 5,000 people to check out my blog from Facebook alone, without spamming your friends or feeling awkward about it.


How I Used My Facebook Account To Drive Traffic

1. Announce Your Blog

The day my blog went live, I made a simple Facebook post to tell my friends.
